The WAND Foundation was organized in 2003 with the goal of empowering the rural poor by conducting development activities in the arena of sustainable agriculture, water and sanitation and promoting rural livelihoods. The Foundation is operating in 3 provinces in Mindanao, namely Lanao del Norte, Misamis Oriental and Zamboanga del Norte and in Leyte.
