Reynaldo Miguel, known to many as Tatay Rey, is a father of two and the sole breadwinner of his family.
He works as a freelance aircon technician and serves faithfully in the LDS (Mormon) church as a leader of youth and young adults.
On April 4, 2018, he first had his symptoms including weakness, vomiting, and alteration of senses. Since that time, he has been to 6 different hospitals and was diagnosed with gastroenteritis, prostate enlargement, and electrolyte imbalance or deficiency of sodium and potassium.
Currently, he is admitted in Quirino Memorial Medical Center (QMMC) where they found a small brain tumor among his other diagnoses. This tumor has triggered seizures and swelling in the brain or encephalitis which caused behavior and cognitive changes. He needs further assessments to properly address the problems.
His medical expenses has already exceeded 100,000 pesos (2,000USD) and are continuing to increase.
We are raising 200,000 pesos (4,000USD) for his medical bill and post-hospitalization support. Any amount given would be of great help to his family.
